Time frame legal question
Car is being painted. Guy is doing it on the side. The car is at a shop though were he now works. The car has been there for 8 months and it is still no where near completion. I know I cant hold the shop legal for the car, but is there anything I can do towards this guy to either speed things up, or get my car out of there? I have already given the guy 1250, and still owe him 750. Shop owner says he wont release the car till he is paid the paint money and user fees. Any help would be nice, thanks in advance.

Rep Power: 0 Well, Im not saying that the guy painting my car, wont pay the shop owner, I guess my question is more along the lines of - how long is to long before something needs to be done to get my car finished?
