can someone tell me for sure what the law is in ontario regarding points. is it 16KM or 14 KM over the limit which will get you points? i was told its 14KM a couple yrs ago but saw someone write 16 on this forum and didnt reply there because that would be kind of hijacking of a thread. so can someone who knows the law around here (ontario) let me know. it should be the same for everywhere in ontario but just incase its not, im in Toronto. thanks

Its is definately 16 km/hr over the limit that gets you points (3 points).

This applies to anywhere in Ontario. Each Provice has its own Traffic act.
