I got a ticket the other day and it was for having 2 people in the car and thats all no other charges will my insurance go up by chance ???

quite possibly, an intermediate license usually means you have a restriction on your license. if you are driving with others in the vehilce and you are not supposed to have passengers, you are operating beyond license restrictions. if your insurance company catches wind about your traffic violation, they could raise your rates. sometimes they find out about these violations, sometimes they do not. remember when you go to apply for new insurance to have to disclose prior traffic tickets and suspensions.

hmmmmm i dunno, i've been pulled over with a full car and no police ever said a thing about that to me. depends how big of a deal is made out of it i would think
