i dont see a problem with it in your car as long as you keep it in the glovebox. Usually as long as its consealed you shouldnt have any problems, but FYI they are illegal in pretty much everywhere.
Kinda like you have to keep a gun's magazine(clip- in slang terms) out of the gun and in a seperate place that your gun is stored inside your car(all things consider you even have a permit to carry).

i heard that the blade has to be smaller than the distance from the wrist to the beginning of the middle finger. i heard this was the general ruling for ALL knives carried by a person. but i also live in SC, so everything's *** backwards

Yes they are illegal. I still suggest for your personal safety to keep a blade in your car. Assert your rights. And dont back down. I always keep a 3.5 inch skinning knife in my Civic.

Sitchblade: Blade retracts from side of handle to the upright position.
Stiletto: Blade straight up from inside the handle.
Holy cow well take a look at Mr.Google.com! Way to use those search engines.

DINGALING-I'm getting real sick of insults coming out of your mouth for you actually have somewhat of a high intellect and therfore need not to stoop to that level, so, knock it off and knock it off now! Consider this your warning, it is now up to you if further action is taken upon you? Just cool it man, there is absolutely no need to reduce yourself, so don't!
Actually, in Arizona you don't need to have a permit to carry a gun anywhere. Your gun can be fully loaded and in your car...but it has to be in plain site. If it is under your seat or in your glove box, it is considered a concealed weapon. We are even allowed to carry them loaded, in holsters in to the grocery store if we wanted to...it just has to be in plain site. I don't know about knife laws here though. I feel safer with my gun than I do a knife anyhow.

chopper-WELCOME, now get your butt over in the AZ subforum! Please and thank you?! Yes, this gun deal is all true for AZ, but, we have very similiar laws as far as knives are concerned as well as the rest here in this thread, it cannot be concealed and not longer than 4 inches. I'm Jodie btw, I'm a mod for this forum as well as our AZ subforum, good to meet you, and sincerely hopw to see you in the AZ subforum!

I gotcha and sure, they can be funny when it is not you he is outright insulting and I might of not touched it if he stopped after one peep, but, he kept it going and that is so not cool, you feel me here? And, where did it say that god was showing off when he made my car bra and who the hell asked you your opinion anyway? LOL Actually, the bra is off my car now, I always had it on for my business has be driving to different cities all the damn time and hell no to paint chips which are very common in that area on the highway especially. Okay, we are way off topic now, so back on topic, but, as always, any valid concerns/questions from anyone can be Pmed to me by anyone.
