This forum is made for the sole purpose of members to post topics from which they have experienced encounters with law enforcement, court room testimony, and other law questions that might need to be asked.

I will try to answer all questions as quickly as possible. I am sure others will be able to give you answers before me but they might not be the correct answer in Criminal or Civil law terms, therefore i plan on reading each thread to make sure you will recieve the most accurate information as possible.

A little about myself....

I am 27 yrs old and currently work as a sheriffs officer in tennessee and thats basically all you need to know.

haha i know i know ur a mod so u gotta say things like that.. but really .. this is what the forum is about.. its about learning the law and informing eachother of our rights so we can beat the pigs at thier own game... i personally come from a family of law enforcement.. so theres no PUN intended when i say that.. but really what it comes down to is just that... helping eachother and not let 'THE MAN' get u down!
