Rep Power: 0 Its spring time
I finished digging my car out of its icey resting place today. Threw my rims back on and headed out onto the open road. I have missed my car so much, I`d forgotten what it was like to drive it. Few minor repairs left such as the power steering. New fuel managment system without even being tuned runs my car faster and better than my old crappy one. No more flat spots in my power band! woohoo. Lets hope this weather stays.

Rep Power: 291 Last year at this time we had a winter storm that dumped like 20 cm's of snow. And the year before that. I think unfortunately we will get one more good snowfall before spring weather actually kicks in to hight gear. I'm actually hoping to wait to put my wheels back on because I'm going to have to fork out $400 to get 2 new tires in the back.

Rep Power: 0 To make things better, on sunday I sat in an EVO 8 MR. woohoo a real one. I went to a rally at st-eustache and my gf knew the co pilot. It was the only mitsu there and wow. Even in the rain it takes off like a bat out of hell. It stood out from among the 15 or so STi there and showed them whos boss :P. Those recaro seats are sweeeeet.

Rep Power: 0 They were taken at St-Eustache. My gf took it lol. She knew the co pilot in the Evo, it was one of her high school friends. The guys name was Bryan or something. It was imported here from the US and the guy works at a dealership and some how gets dealer plates for it. Otherwise like every other Evo, its illegal to plate in Canada. He found a loop hole.

Rep Power: 291 Wow, I just spooged. That car is SICK! Awosme pic Shandon! did he take you for a rip in it??? Did he let you drive it?
And the only reason that the Evo hasn't made an appearance in Canada is because Mitsubishi is still new in Canada, they have been in the US for a while.

Rep Power: 0 Ha i wish, I didn't get to drive it. Those recaros are soooooooo comfy though, I need a pair for my laser . I believe the only reason its not allowed in Canada is because in a parking lot crash the cost to repair the front end of the car (because of the intercooler) is to high for insurance stuff. I might be wrong but thats what I remember reading. It would cost something like 1500$ for a new bumper + intercooler. 5kmph shouldn't cost that much lol.

Rep Power: 291 siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick!!!!!!!!! !!
that's hot, man!
DnarahP: nope...the reason it's not allowed here is because it fails the 5km/h bumper test.
it WILL be here as the EVO X. Should be the in 2007 as a 2008 model. that's when it'll be overhauled, and made to pass our gay standards.

Rep Power: 0 Yes, but then they'd have to redo all the crash testing and all that. It won't be here for a while. The evo X is changing motors from the all mighty 4g63 to who knows what. The concept photos I saw on the internet really don't do it for me. Anyway, evos are illegal and always will be which sucks.
