As topic states I will require a new roommate in april so 2 months from now I am chargeing him 500 right now but for you guys it would be cheaper you have ur own entrance shower and washroom your on a level below us and a level above the basement so good heat in winter and good ac in the summer....

Parking will be a problem you will have to rent a space from the garage next door for I think 30 a month.

As always you have access to the main level but not the upstairs where my room and bathroom is.

I commute to the OGH every morning at 730 so if there is a student you know I can take them to the OGH or riverside staion every morning but comming home ur on ur own.
