i went to the hospital by ambulance from the accident...so it's all been checked out, no worries. I've had follow ups from my doctor as well.

ted's gettin a yaris. my sister is going to drive it,and he's going to drive their impreza wagon (2005).

my sister drives over 750Km a week, so gas prices were the main reason to switch over to a reasonable car.

bottom line: everybody wins...especially me.

haha, my car? running right? noooo. my vechiles are all cursed. im surprized my van still runs.... poor thing. Car still has the stock clutch, its been brutalized, and melted intercooler pipes and a stock exhaust. *sigh*

fvck. i just got a registered letter in the mail. despite it being HIS fault, the cop said there was nobody at fault (50/50).

so, even though the guy said he wouldn't take it to the insurance...which I was naive enough to believe...he did.

The registered letter was from his insurance company, saying that they are going to pursue the case against me, and are going to make me pay for any damages that they find me liable for.

...i'm wondering: is the purpose of 'no fault' insurance for him to pay for the damages that are HIS fault, and for me to pay for damages that are MY fault?

if it's 50/50, will i have to pay for half of his damages (through insurance)?
