yea so i got into a car accident saturday at around noon time... ... i was driving down baseline doing about 70, light turns orange, 350Z slams on his brakes, i slam on my brakes and rear end him... no one was hurt, and very minimal damage... the minivan has no damage done to it and u can basically read my license plate off his back bumper... lol... it's like, two dents for the upper left and right hand corner of the license plate, then a line outlining the frame of the license plate... also had the blue ink of the lettering off my license plate in there... no cops were involved thank god... now i get soo paranoid at orange lights... lol

i figure the job to replace and paint a new rear bumper can go up to 600$..

Baseline is a brutal road, I usually only do the limit on those roads, I only speed when I'm with you *****

Charles, so how'd this all settle?? did he say forget about it, or do you have to pay for the damages? Police aren't called unless damages are over $1000 I do believe. Otherwise, your wasting their time

^... police r not involved... but he hasn't contacted me back... so i have no clue what the hell's goin on... lol... maybe he'll be nice and leave me out of it... maybe he thought he'd gimme a break or sometin

If he gave you his number, I'd still give him a call and see whats up. If he's an a$$hole he could be waiting for you to contact HIM, if you don't bother than he might press charges or some ****. He could come after you seeing as you were the one who rear-ended him. You know that whole.. "I was fine right after the fact, but now (2 weeks later) my neck REALLY hurts. I want to sue for all his money!"
