Changing someones user tiltle

So I changed someones user title. I noticed in the recent purchases that some people paid more and some paid less. Some had discounts and some didn't. Does someone, anyone know why. I got 5% off.

So post your comments up. Lets see who's title I changed

There is a log/history of every point store purchase so it isn't too hard to see

As for the point takeoff percentage, it depends on the type of member you are... Mods, Premium, and longer time members get different percentages of rebates
