would ne1 be interested maybe in playing some pickup basketball at the nepean sportsplex or maybe ymca??? go get out and get some intense exercise... could make a league maybe of the ottawa crew??? comments/feedback???

The YMCA near my house is typically not that busy, and I believe has dedicated days for basketball, etc. I have horrible basketball, or throwing skills tho... so I would be a horrible selection for this... lol

I play in a ball hockey league on the base right beside the arena I can check out some prices but I mean this league is pretty phsyco...

But if you have full gear I play ice hockey every Wednesday it is only 10 buck for the hour

yea... i can't dribble worth **** in b-ball... but i have a half decent shot... floor hockey would be awesome as well... but frig... big game of b-ball would be so hype

Ya I'm down for either. NOt sure where we can play ball hockey since we need all the equipment and ****. Basketball would probably be easier to set up....lets get it done!
