would ne1 be interested maybe in playing some pickup basketball at the nepean sportsplex or maybe ymca??? go get out and get some intense exercise... could make a league maybe of the ottawa crew??? comments/feedback???

Im the fat guy but I play I have my team of four if you want us to play were good for it just that we cant play till 9pm

The YMCA near my house is typically not that busy, and I believe has dedicated days for basketball, etc. I have horrible basketball, or throwing skills tho... so I would be a horrible selection for this... lol

I play in a ball hockey league on the base right beside the arena I can check out some prices but I mean this league is pretty phsyco...

But if you have full gear I play ice hockey every Wednesday it is only 10 buck for the hour
