damn i was lucky, so i was at homda getting my hood ratteling fixed, after that i headed to landins to get the pucture CD, on the way there, on Walkly between bank and riverside, this old lady was pissing me off, going 20 in the left lane, so i pass her and gun it, then suddenly put of no where a cop runs in the middle of the street infront of me and tells me to pull over, i knew i was fooked.
i pull down the window, shut the car off, and put my hands on the steering wheel, and cops comes with the most angrey face pointing at his rader gun
103km/hr in a 50 zone.
at ths point i was gonna get a heart attack, he tells me that he should just pull my liceance and stuff. i act very polite and appologiez numerous time and told him i dont know what i was thinking, i told him i now the rules and this is mt firt time being pulled over, i told him i know that i deserve to be pulled over and i am very sorry. he takes my papers and goes back to his bike, 10 minutes later he comes back
he told me that if he lowers it to 98km/hr that it would be 380 dollers, but because i am coperative and didnt give him a hard time, he reduced it to a 75 in a 50 zone, so 25over, which is a 118 doller ticket, i thank him and say i am sorry again and i drive off.
now i realized now that this will give me points, jim said 2, man i dont want insurance to go up, i know i was lucky, but damn i dont want points.
So i guess i will pay it, there is no point fighting this is there ?

The most I got off with was 42kms over. help if you have a vagina. Maybe if you would of given him a BJ he would of let you off. Has always worked for me
Just kidding. No really player what the hell were you thinking. 50kms thats like a school zone or something. You are so lucky. I would just pay it and take this as a lesson.

unless the cop tells you that you're losing points, your not. or if the ticket states on there that points are being removed from your license, sounds like your fine.
you know i have a similar experience once... i was driving along naked in my car minding my own damn business when this woman walking on the sidewalk signals me to slow down! frustrated i flipped her the bird and gunned it... well, of course, there was an officer waiting on a side street to pull me over, so as i pass the road i see the cruiser in the corner of my eye, screem "****" and engine break... well, as my luck goes, the vehicle of ontario security (OPP) got behind me and started flashing its lights. I stopped to the side of the road and waited for the officer to come and give me the ticket... well, the cop was this beautiful young brunette (with hair dyed blond) with a tight *** and busty breasts, and well...... hold on... oh yes dear, i'm coming back to bed ... no dear, I don't want another ticket! ... okay dear, i'll let you punish me like the bad boy i am! ...
**** this story, i have civil duty to attend to!

I was pulling out of Dennys on Merivale at like, 3am-ish.. 2 drunk friends, one passed out of his mind in the front.. The other one wanted to hear how loud my system is... LOL... so I showed him..... LOL.... but I guess the cop at the red light on Baseline heard it too.. hahaha. Long story short, got pulled over, waited in the car for a good half an hour to get all of our IDs back, went home without a ticket, the guy was pretty nice about it.. told me not to do it again at 3am in a residential area (Baseline residential area??????!
go to court and say that cause you didnt eat anything in daylight, you got dizzy and lost control of speed.
lol
you can go fight for it, no risk of losing more points. If the office doesnt show up, you win, but if he does, well out of luck with possibility of not much of court cost
if you plea guilty, yeah there will be couple points. insurance wont go up for the first ticket unless you are changing the insurance companey.

Abe I say pay it remember when I told you all that 2 weeks ago I got a ticket for 137 in a 80 the guy droped it to a 95 in a 80 but on the ticket it says accual speed 137 the reason they have this is because before when they did not put it when you went to court you could just ask the officer "was I doing 95 in a 80"and he would have to say no cause all he could do is answer the question so if on your ticket it says ticket speed and accual speed pay it but if it just shows ticket speed fight it...........

They are generous over first ticket,
When I got my first ticket,
I entered the highway with my dad's accord and was speeding up to like 110 which was my usual speed and I see a car from back behind approaching me really fast. so I was like what the hell, you wanna teeze me? so I speeded up as he speeded up more close to 180km/h to loose him off my tail, and the guy was behind me chasing my *** for 5 miniutes. I got to the point where I should get out, and slowed down and poof! I was racing/being chased by the cop. Flashed, pulled me over, asked that if I was in hurry to get somewhere. and he said I would loose my licence when he gives me the ticket and since it's first ticket he reduced to 120 with 3 points. But now, I know this might be only me and people will think I am stupid or something but I regredet that I didnt fight it. I could have gotton out the case with free of charges. Even if you did wrong and you know that you broke the law, there's tons of ways to get out without and points, because afterall, it's your licence and more points = more money.
Even you are pleaing guilty, you can reduce the cost of the ticket really easily, just go in to and make up a reason that you did commit that, and the guy/lady will reduce the charge by close to half (not the points tho).
This one case, that I crossed on red light and got in to accident, I went in to pay the ticket, and told the lady of law that I know I've broken the law and I plea guilty but I couldnt see the lights because of the sunshine and she reduced the ticket in half.
in the court couple of days ago, I saw a punk kid getting out of the charge (he got ticket doing 159km/h at 80 zone) because the cop didnt show up.
if you dont think you can win, there's always a lawyer like Xcoppers.
They have many ways to get the case in free of charge.
Xcoppers once won the case of hit and run saying that there's no proof the guy was driving the vehicle on that time. I know it's not right things but think what's best for you especially you will have that record for atleast for 2 years.
anyways hope everything goes well and it was just my story so you can consider it.
