if u go to a body shopm they can fix it, the best way would be, i think, is that they cut out the rusted piece, and replace it by welding in some sheet metal, or at least that would be the best way to solve the problem. then after you rust proof the car, it should be good, but u could always spray paint your underbod parts that are rusty with some anti rust heat paint just to be safe.

Body shops will do anything for you, as long as u tell them what exactly u want
