It will fit 01-03 only. Sedan/coupe, both have dame dimentions.
EL has different front bumper, so I'm out. Unfourtunately founs out hadd way.
I've got few PM's, thet were answered already.

I do all work myself.
It wont fit at all. The curvature of EL bumper is totaly different from Civic.
Just look at the bottom part of a bumper for both cars and yu'll see the difference.
One member here was not sucessuful putting same lip on his EL, I tried as well, so I just reconfirming this - Civic Mugen lip wont fit EL.

Good guy to deal with, you can't go wrong with 03-Acura-1.7-EL (your name is hard to type dude, lol).

To answer your question riced, to fit this on an EL, you'd have to cut the lip in half then mold it to the bumper. That sacrifices a ton of structural strength, just tapping a curb would probably damage it irreparably.
