new subs in box and amp

2 new 12' phoneix gold subs...really high end...pound really really hard , in new box bassworth box from best buy( box was 180alone)
subs are capable of 350rms each and they are brand new
box is also mint
asking 300 obo

also selling a kenwood amp for 150 extra 600 watts
