FS: Rear disc brake conversion - Ottawa/GTA
I have a rear disc brake conversion for sale -- $750 cash
I had this conversion on my 02 LX, but then traded the LX in for an 03 SiR, and took off the conversion before getting rid of the good 'ol LX.
It comes with everything you need to swap the rear drums into discs, including the ABS sensor hookups, should you have ABS. Yes, it will work without ABS.
This picture shows one side of what's included. Don't mind the brake dust rust...it came off the first time I applied the brakes.
This picture shows what goes on the car (left) and what comes off (right).
If you live in the GTA, I can drive down and meet you halfway in kingston, or somewhere around there, as I live in ottawa, and nobody wants to pay for shipping.

Rep Power: 315 PS: as you can see from the bottom picture, it comes with the rear control arm as well. So, you don't have to fiddle with the knuckles or anything.
It also comes with the parking brake cables so that you can just rip out the old control arms and everything that's attached to it, then slam in the new one.
It took me and a couple friends the better part of an afternoon to complete the swap. Yes, an amateur can do it...I'm definitely no mechanic!

Rep Power: 315 This is canadian...are you sure you saw it for $500 canadian?
Keep in mind this is the whole rear control arm, and not just from the knuckles out...so it includes the brake lines, and the parking brake cables, abs sensors, etc.
If you want them, we can deal with the amount. If not, please don't spam my post.
