It's one of the smallest flip phones around. It's Cingular branded but the phone is unlocked, so you can use it on Rogers/Fido/Simpro etc. There are only a couple minor scuffs on the back of the battery that's only noticable up close. I kinda just scratched the corner of it, and also a tiny bit on the corner of the battery too, all the screen protectors are still on it. The life timer is resetable, but I've only put a few hours on it.
