kenny I am assuming that your cell phone area code is 250, correct?
and again, we still need to get some ferry info done, i would like to see if I need reservations, but I definitely want to get coordinated as early as possible... at least let me know where I need to get off the ferry at and I can probably figure the rest out
we also need to figure out a meeting place for when I get off the ferry

I am reserved to come over at 9:55am from Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) to Departure Bay (Nanaimo) on the Queen of Coquitlam. $17.50 to reserve, or you can take the cheap way out and risk not being able to get on

i can bring a fairly nice sized camping bbq and a small cooler as well, if you think it will help. if you want my bbq, let me know if i will need propane though, cuz i'll have to go pick up a small cylinder or something

also, what time do we figure this thing is going to start/end? I have some family on the island that I wouldn't mind visiting either before or after if there is time... I figure I will be on the last ferry out of departure bay which is at 9:25 or maybe I can head down to duke point and get on at 10:45 but it would be a bit more of a drive which aint that big a deal... but if you guys have any idea so i can get my **** organized that would be rad
also, who has a spare 2 way radio for me to use? my brother has a pair but he is camping and has them with him, so I am screwed as far as that goes

how long do you figure the cruise part of the day is going to be? even like 3 hours would be plenty, and still give us plenty of time for photoshoots (with the new camera I am buying just for the meet!!) and time to see the different places on the island... give it a couple hours for food/etc time and yeah I guess I have time to spare

the post i made on vcc got a lot of hit, but alot of ppls coulden't make it due to the dealine is too close, maybe we should push this meet a little later if we don't have enough interest. so we can let ppls to "save up" lol. Now this is only my suggestion.
i know that bamboo is going away, when are you coming back again?

i will be back aug. 28th
the problem of pushing the date back is that mega has already paid 17.50 for ferry reservation

well seeing there isn't many of us that are going, i wouldn't worry too much about it.
make sure you fill up your tank in vancouver before coming here, the gas here is 101.5, though i can get a few coupons that save 7 cents off regular from safeway pump in courtenay.
