when do you guys think is the best time to put on wheels and summer tires? I don't want to jump the gun and then pay for it later.

Rep Power: 0 Mine are already on, but my car is in the shop. I think less than a month should be okay, but that's just me.
As long as there isn't any snow, and the roads are somewhat clean, I'd do it.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah, I'm worried about my rims too. And now the car I was going to buy is out of the question. So, I guess I just have to sink more money in to mine. Such is life.

Rep Power: 0 Give it another month or two, all the snow will be gone then and they'll have cleaned all the gravel off the streets here. If you wait a little longer they might even fill some of the new potholes so you don't put a nice, big dent in your rims thanks to lower profile summer tires.

Rep Power: 0 You could see winter coming again from a mile away, it never slowly fades away without one last gasp.
I even called around for tire quotes, just get everything ready, give it a month or so for the install.

Rep Power: 0 I jumped the gun on putting my summer wheels/tires on at the beginning of the month. When it started crazy snowing I had to pull myself away from my homework and swap back to the winter tires.
In addition, I replaced my rotors and pads (w/ HPS's) and now like braking will set of the ABS in the snow
This weather is so frustrating and depressing.

Rep Power: 0 buahahha.. umm sucks.. both my headlights blew.. grr and rear driver brake light blew.. grrr Hmm gonna try these GE Nighthawk... grr soo much money though.
I wonder if there is a problem with my wiring harness for the 2k1 sedans. Not sure, I think I'll leave the stock bulbs in for a little longer and see if they also blow.
