Aftermarket Spoiler LED
Aftermarket Spoiler LED
I have an aftermarket spoiler which is a replica of the Honda civic 2001 spoiler, and some of the LEDs don't seem to work. I got it from FX Design - are they good for fixing these things? Has anyone else had this happen?
Nice car with lights that don't work.
This is so ghetto.

I could be wrong, but I think Honda (Yellowhead honda) outsourced the spoiler to be fitted by F/X Designs in the first place. If so, they should be able to do something. But take it to the dealership first, and check if it still under warrantee. [[-_-]]
Yes, Yellowhead needs to be shot for doing that. I mean, when you buy a honda and ask for a spoiler, you assume they install a Honda spoiler on it... Nope, not them.. I had the FX one on my civic and after 3 days took it in and had them replace it with a true Honda spoiler.
Well - I bought mine at FX Design myself, so I was only able to go see them.
Here's the story:
I called them today, no answer, called again and left a very detailed message, and called again later on in the day and talked to someone there. (note: no call back). They said they'd take a look at it - whatever that means. They said that it had a manufacturers warranty! But it ran out last year. So, 30 minutes later - $37.45 later as well - I was done. No more ghetto-car.
Coincidentally, the girl on the phone and at the front desk (named Jessica SomethingOrOther) was fine. I mean, wasting 30 minutes there was well worth it. Feel free to drop in there sometime and, uh, carefully inspect their "assets."
