where in ohio can you run the tracks and get times and stuff like that? i'm relatively new to this state...thanks

Welcome to the site and Ohio! Probably the closest place to Columbus would be National Trail. You can check them out at www.nationaltrailraceway.com. They have open track nights and things where pretty much anybody can go in there and run. I've never taken my Civic there, but I had a couple of runs in my friend's 240SX in October. There's also some meets coming up, just look at some of the other threads in this section. Where are you at in the Columbus area?

Welcome! Spend some time reading through the posts in the MID WEST forum. I only joined recently, as well, but you can get a sense of what it's like around here. At least a couple of us are going to be in Georgia for the big show down there on March 15th. I'm looking forward to meeting some people and maybe you could too?! ya i heard about the big show...unfortunately i'll be driving up to the swiss cheese raods of detroit that weekend. my poor new civic...with less than 100 miles on it right now. maybe i'll rent. anyways, i like inthe north side of town...worthington/dublin area. thanks for the info about national trail.
