hey about the best tool i have for cutting pipes is a sabre/jig saw. i don't have a good blade though, i kinda used a wood blade when cutting my intake pipe and i doubt it would work again :P . i have a dremel with some cutting wheels, but it won't do a lot on the car frame, not powerful enough. call me or something if you need me to go to the liquor store or grocery store (no 151 after 9pm)

i am so damn tired, just gotta make it through today
