got my intake installed. had to cut off about 8 inchs, but still looks good. type s intake is way to big for the EM2 chassis i guess. hacked it in the driveway with the only jigsaw blade i had (and it wasn't for metal....) sanded and cleaned out the shavings
stupid think is f'ing with my tranny though, i can't get 5th to engage fully. i guess i just gotta move the intake around some

short rams don't do much on a k-series. CAI is where it's at, esp. with hondata (which is on the way). the filter is still in the engine bay, but much better location for cold air. i will probably come up with some sort of heat shield when summer hits (rght now getting cold air is noooo problem). i had actually removed the SRI for the stock airbox, for winter, and there is a nice difference between those too. midrange gains are noticible, weather was too crappy last night to get traction for top end to be really tested.

Rep Power: 465 this guy in a red civic coupe with altezzas, exhaust, and HID's was trying to race me last night...it was lowered too.......i saw two other civic with HID's last night too it was weird

how'd the HID's look? i actualy get flashed more now that i've correctly aimed my lights. hard to say since i never really see them on cars that don't have them OEM (other than matt's car i've only seen one car, and they were like 8k or 10, so nasty)
