columbus ALIGNMENT
can someone suggest a place to take my car to get aligned. most places are turning me down cuz i'm lowered. i thought they would just use boards on the ramp to get me on the platform.....apparently..not? anyone?

Passen in westerville is $100 I believe, or check out a place called Bee-Line alignments, search that on yellow pages.com only with different variations (beeline bee line bee-line etc)

When I was getting the wifemobile aligned at NTB on Billingsley, they made the kid drive his own car on the ramp... and in the process he tore off and ran over his aftermarket front end. Looked to be a 5th gen hatch. Everyone in the waiting room got a good laugh as he threw what was left of the bumper in the car and drove off fast n' furious style.
On that note, I've heard Pep Boyzzzz on Morse can do alignments on lowered cars, but I'm not sure I'd trust em.

Bee-line did mine with a lowered susp. but it was $100!! Too much, IMO. I know the wife got hers done at NTB (not lowered) for $60. Best bet to call around and ask. Wait a minute...Reytito, aren't you the one that referred me to Bee-line a couple months ago??

My bad Titus, maybe it was LJ then. I know it was somebody on here. Anyway, all I know is, after everything was said and done, Beeline charged me $100 for the alignment. Cuz' I remember my jaw hurting after it dropped to the floor. I wasn't happy.
I'll check the receipt but I'm almost positive it was $100 for just the alignment. I didn't tell them to do anything else. Oh wait, I remember now...It was $60 for JUST THE FRONT! If you want FULL, it is another $40. Blah!

yeah, get your rears done, i didn't know my rear was off about 1/2 degree and it ate through two $110/peice tires.
Columbusracing.com highly reccomends bee-line, so it is obviously the best place in columbus

I don't know cuz' I changed wheels, but kept with 15s. I would just get all that done first (suspension + wheels) and then go get an alignment afterwards. That way, you don't waste money.
when i dropped my 2in i took it to a shop on the near eastside. they did a great job. not sure what it cost me. if anyone needs a second shop to check out let me know and i will get the number for you, if i can find it.
