Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well and staying safe. I am looking for a decent engine from a 2006-2008 Acura TSX, code K24A2. I am in the Memphis area and could come pick the engine up if your are within reasonable driving distance. If not, I may be able to pay for shipping depending on how much the engine is and what the total cost is.

I am going to be swapping this engine into my 05 Civic so I would greatly prefer that the engine has most of its parts and accessories, at least the major stuff like the alternator, AC compressor, intake manifold, valve cover, sensors, coils, etc as needing to buy those parts would increase the cost of doing the swap since I have no extra K series parts.

So if anyone has an 06-08 Acura TSX K24A2 engine that you are willing to sell let me know and we'll see what we can work out

Keep an eye on local junkyards. I went to a local LKQ and pulled the block from an '05 TSX for like $120. I used a K20a2 head and already had every else so it was easier for me though. Good luck!

Copart's a good bet too. Plenty of running/driving salvage cars go for super cheap.

Thanks for your suggestions! I decided to get a JDM K24A from a local JDM shop since prices already went up by a couple hundred dollars since a few months ago and I don't expect to find one locally any time soon. It is very clean and looks like it has some new parts. I am going to pick it up tomorrow, the guy still needed to compression test it and take the transmission off. I will upload a picture once I get it.

I am now looking for an intake cam from a US market 06-08 Acura TSX since it seems to be worth about 15HP over the 04-05 cam used in the JDM version of the engine, so if you have one for sale please let me know!
