i can get you a k20a2 with 40k on it brand new rebuilt head with toda flat head valves and good smooth trans for 2900 the bad part is it just needs a piston cuz it had dropped a valve thats why the head is rebuilt but you can pick these up for prob 100 bucks on k20a.. and have a sick motor for cheap.

I have a K20A3 Short block. It has no tranny or head or any accessories, but its only $300 OBO. Basically its crank, pistons, rods and pan (assembled together) and the oil pump. LMK I am in so cal as well.....
