i have a new, only turned on to see if it worked, cingular branded Nokia 6102. I am 95% sure it is completely unlocked. However I will test a tmobile card in it if you are interested. Have been meaning to put it on ebay, but just been lazy. Has the box and everything. Asking $150 shipped.
