my two cents: I defintally disagree!!! I just tuned my VAFC 2 and i love it! I think this should be your next mod... Hear is why. First it's a piggyback so you will be limited when it comes to tuning but, your still able to tune you fuel curve! Plus my vtec kicks in a 4100 RPMs! So to hear vtec tuned at 5400 RPMs it is amazing! So it sounds like this might be the best mod for you to consider! Peace

Hes gonna have a hard time changing the vtec crossover since he has none. SAFC 2 will help though

I dont get it??what "hard time" do you speek of??? I have a VAFC 2 on an 02 civic EX!! Not a SAFC for turbo's!! So, what dont I have "any" of????

Also I had my car TUNED! I didn't just mess aroud with it for five or six hours till it FELT right! Second crazy jose isn't boosted eather so a "SAFC" will NOT benifit him eather!

well, i think crazyjose would benefit from an SAFC because he does not have vtec. i think thats what slow gold was trying to say

i believe in general, VAFC is for honda's with vtec. and the ones without it use the SAFC.

If your gonna flame at least know what your talking about. Saying that an SAFC is for boosted cars I was simply saying a VAFC will do nothing for a car that has no vtec. BTW An Apexi AVC-R is for tubo cars

No man that's what ive been saying, a dx has no vtec. But an Apexi Super air fuel controller is the same thing as the Vtec air fuel controller without the vtec crossover option my friend
