my uncle/mechanic notified me that the reason my car was stuck in third gear was due to my manual transmisson going out. the problem is i found the clutch on ebay but i can't seem to find a tranny and i'm new to replacement parts for the vic so any help yall can give me would be apreciated and i need some responses asap due to i need the vic for work and cruisin'.

go to a junkyard. they should have them there for relatively cheap.

huge search engine of junk yards. MT will prob run u around $500 or so

oh and if anything try to get a 04 tranny, they revamped them a bit. 01-03s are POS i blew mine also

yeah i tried the local junkyards and came up empty handed so i'll you a holla K20txem2 cause your the closest and probably the best chance i got .
Hey here's my cars symptoms, stuck in third where my nuetral is on my shifter and i have to hold the clutch to get neutral and if i try on my shifter to put it in a gear it dies on me. But car still has mobility and can get around if i wanted to get everywhere on 3rd gear. Yall tell me what yall think?

Can you shift threw the gears? Or is it just 3rd giving you problems? Making any noises? Have you checked the linkage? Will it go in to first or second?
