gauges for nitrous

i'm thinking perhaps of taking about $700 dollars out of my turbo fund and getting nitrous. but other than the kit itself i want to get the bottle warmer, remote bottle opener and of course gauges. i'm not sure which to get, i was thinking the tripod pillar gauges. would those measure accurately? and what should i have them monitor? i was thinking a/f , oil pressure or temp. and fuel pressure. i have an automatic if that makes any difference and if i do get a kit i would be using a 50 shot.

its just a precaution. I know its not acurate, but its like the coolant gauge in the car. It is a dumb sensor basically.

Once again the air fuel gauge is worthless unless you have a wideband 02 unless you just want a light show in your car from a gauge.

MY setup I have a Fuel pressure gauge and a nitrous pressure gauge mounted
in the gauge custer. I have the Autometeter "Electric" nitrous pressure gauge.

Never run nitrous with the bottle pressure being unde 800 psi and over 1400 psi.

you are pushing it!!!

Go with Air/fuel as that will give you good head up as to when to spray, Nitrous Pressure as that will tell you whats going on with the bottle letting you again know when to spray, that would suit your nitrous needs. Fuel pressure alone will not be much help as without knowing how much air your getting it not telling you much. So go with anything you want after those two. Are you running a stereo system if so consider a Voltage gauge as that will show you whats going on with that.
If you want some cool Digtal gauges go to DynoTune.com and check out some of there stuff. The only thing is There gauges are red or green and that contrast with the amber of my '01 dash is not something that I'm too keen on.

Okay for the 3rd time for you short bus riders A/F Gauges are USELESS they tell you nothing and arent reliable for any source of info at all. If you want to know if your car is running lean or not you need to buy a WIDEBAND O2, say it with me now WIDEBAND O2

Unless you just want a light show or a gauge to make a girl say awww isnt that cute look how it lights up then dont waste your money on an A/F Gauge got it?

Good now i hope you have all learned something here.
