Now I don't know if I can answer any questions anyone might have yet because it's not installed but, I have two problems already. I wasn't sent a fuel pressure regulator and the directions are for a "generic 4 cylinder" So ..... tomorrow I will call Brad and hopefully get this resolved. Also, does anyone know of a source for the wiring schematic for our ecu

Rep Power: 0 Sorry for not updating as quickly as i would have liked to. I'm still installing the kit. Started friday nite and removed all of the parts that needed to come off. Saturday I was able to install all of the mechanical turbo parts. Tomorrow I'll install the electrical. The kit is going on o.k. but it feels it was built for the dx and lx more than the ex. I've had to remove a few items I never had on the car which slowed me down quite a bit and the included directions with the kit are sometimes mis-leading. Remember the directions for the kit are for a generic ff vehicle. The most mis-leading thing about the directions so far is the inter-cooler piping. In the picture they give you it leaves the throttle-body towards the passenger but, mine (at least 2001 ex) leaves towards the drivers-side. Getting the oil pan off was not fun either (required some beating into submission). The kit included the fuel lines but not the connectors (another trip to Discount Auto). i'll post some more tomorrow nite however, right now I'm going to bed I'm tired !!

Rep Power: 320 i think that turbo-discounters needs to get off there asses and make directions FOR THE 7TH GEN... and not a generic FI car.... I mean. you spent a lot of money on the kit and they gave you crap directions...

Rep Power: 0 The IC piping goes from the TB toward the driver's side? That's kind of odd. Isn't that going to leave an open space on the passenger side, or is it filled with a pipe and filter?

Rep Power: 0 I'm really tired...... O.k. to make a long story short..... Drove the car three times and still have problems. Had 2 fuel leaks and 1 oil leak which are now fixed. But, the is no boost showing on the gauge although I know it is boosting.
Yes i needed to buy an exhaust gasket from discount auto for like 5$.
I have other small problems as well so, I need to call Brad in the morning so, I can fix them tomorrow nite. Please note all test drives were performed without the front bumper so don't ask about intake air temp ... don't know yet. As for all other questions I'll do my best.

Rep Power: 289 Definately seems like they dont have their sh*t together yet. You should tell them they better send you some damn good directions for the install, or you want money back plus compensation for the labor.

Rep Power: 0 It would have been nice to see zero difficulties during this install. But I guess it's still early to have ALL of the bugs worked out. However, I'm glad to see your getting to this point -->
I have to admit, I'm staying with this thread with a little bit of excitement.
