the only different way that I can think of is a getting a custom oil pan w/ the return line already drilled. They come with temperature sender hole drilled too. You could order one from Moroso, but I have no idea how much they would charge you.

Don't you just remove all the bolts around it? Maybe they put sealant in between the pan and the gasket.

Yeah... just take off all the bolts surrounding the oil pan... and get a screwdriver or something to pry the oil pan off... The OEM sealant is pretty strong soo but some muscle into it....

Removed it last night! I was using a screw driver w/ no luck. Last night I brought home a pry bar from the shop and it came off in a second. I don't have a pry bar at the house so thing I tryed was door panel remover and a screwdriver. So I be running by tonight.

it is easy. All you do is remove the nuts & bolts around the pan, and pry on the lip. It will come off in a sec. It took us less than 30 mins to remove the pan and weld in my return line and install the pan again.

put it as far to the top as you can, and about an inch to the side of the tranny brace. You may have to angle it towards your turbo, and angle the one on your turbo towards it, but it will work fine.

Since we are on the topic (sorta), where did you tap the oil line for the turbo?

at the oil pressure sender. you have to use a T fitting and run it from there.

for the people who dont know where that is, it is just above the oil filter.
