d17a2 engine swap, what to replace?

hey so recently my oil rings went and i am having a friend help me swap out my d17a2 on my 04 civic with a lower miles identical engine . i was curious what parts i should replace since the engine is already going to be out? i was already planning on doing timing belt and water pump. what else would people recommend. thanks

head gasket, rear main oil seal, front seal

also look if clutch seems OK or not

trans front seal too
