will it fit yes...anything will with mods regardless but if your looking at buying a h23 to throw in you would save yourself alot of headache by going k24 or k 20, mate a cars engine with its interchangable counterpart, dont try to build a civlude hybrid, but im pretty sure its against regulation to put a non same model engine into you em2 atleast year wise, stick with civ you'll be glad you did unless you get a k20a3 then just ill hate you hope this helps

anything will fit with enough money. How legal is this swap? Not very, unless you own a 2002, and the engine you're swapping in was harvested from a 2002 JDM Accord Wagon SiR or AWD.

Swapping in an engine that is older than the car is illegal is really what I'm getting at
