Well, my choice in flywheel is based upon a vast array of motorsports background experience.
You would want to a slightly heavier flywheel like an 11lb one in a drag racing or street car preferably. This is because it has more initial mass and makes for ease coming from a dead stop with not a lot of throttle required to spin her fast.

If you road race/rally/auto-x, I recommend the lightest flywheel you can get. Once you're moving, the mass issue is moot. The car will accelerate slightly faster in revs due to the super light flywheel.

As far as clutch, if you don't have any real power adders (N2O or turbo), then don't worry about needing a crazy clutch. Any of the following will work fine....
