Looking To Tape Into The Brake Booster For Boost Gauge
Looking To Tape My Boost Gauge Into The Brake Booster Any Ideas About Going About It , Wth Creating A Vac Leak. Is There Any Splitters That Go From The Bigger Hoses To The Small Vac Lines That Are Needed . If Any One Has Any Ideas ,let Me Know. Thank You.

tape probably wont work. the brake booster line might be too big to tap into just to run a gauge, youd have to get a Tee and probably one or two reducers. if you look underneath the throttle cable, you can see another vacuum line going undereath the intake manifold. it goes to the PCV, and it's significantly smaller and would only require a Tee.
ANOTHER USER HERE TOLD ME I NEED A VAC MANIFOLD, IM ON THE RIGHT ROAD HERE KNOW THANK YOU . JUST NEED TO BUY ONE . WITH THE VAC. MANIFOLD I CAN TIE IN MY BLOW OFF VALVE,GAUGE,MAP SENSOR, BOOST CONTROLLER WITH NO LEAKS AND PROBLEMS.

you need a 3/8" fuel pressure guage tap and a 1/8 NPT to hose barb fitting which will screw into the port in the side of the tap.
Cut the booster hose between the IM and the check valve.

i thought about doing it that way too, but i figured youd need just as many extra hoses and adapters either way. If someone reading this attempts to do it in-line as well, just keep in mind that the brake booster has a check valve in it to prevent positive pressure in the brake booster.
