The hose with parts 24, 25, 30 around it is the one I'm selling and is the only one I used in my kswap.

dont mean to be rude but those guys at acura are a bunch of dumbasses.. haha..

anyways with that said if they knew there thing there are only 2.. i repeat 2 hoses that come off the powersteering pump... there is only 1.. i repeat one (1) high pressure powersteering hose that comes off the powersteering pump and one that is the return... there are only 2 holes on the powersteering pump.. dont know how they are getting 3 or 4 unless you told them in general POWER STEERING... mkae sure you tell them HIGH PRESSURE HOSE coming off the PUMP.. hope that helps

So if you go with the EPS off the Si do you also have to use the Si ECU? Does the ECU have anything to do with the power steering? I would figure it would since u are no longer using a belt to control the steering.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you need the ECU. I'm not a 100% though.

You DO NOT need an SI ecu. It does not have anything to do with the power steering. The EPS system should come with a harnass and control box that will make it work. The power steering pump and pulley on the K20a or k20a2 motor will need to be replaced with an SI Idler pulley set up. Shown below. Brand new, the idler pulley should cost around 80-100 bucks. roughly. I got my eps system for 400.

i have a custom high pressure power steering line that i got off my friend. He says the way it is routed SOMEHOW allows you to run the hydrolic power steering without cutting into the hood skeleton.

I still do not understand how that would even work since its the actual pulley that hits the hood and there is no way you can angle that. So this information is according to him.

He has an 03 civic with a k20a that he parted out already.

I have the custom high pressure power steering line for the 01-05 civic for anyone of you that wants to get it off of me.

ah...I figured you needed the ecu because I seen someone selling and ecu together with the EPS system. Check ephatch.com they usually have some floating around.
