Very unlikely... there's only so much you can do with the engine's own vaccum. I've heard of several shops making 290's N/A, maybe breaking 300 is possible, but more than that is going to be very unlikely.
Here's Intrinsic Performance's dyno for one of their cams they sell for the K20 head. Not sure if its on a K20 or K24 block but regardless, amazing number for a cam that used to be available to the public (IPS went private a week ago)

i read about some cams that had put there cams a k-pro intake and full exaust and got 300 whp so i guess im wondering if the other things you can do to that motor can squeeze another 50 out of it... and what they might be
got a guy locally that we did a k24 stock bottom end with a stock k20 head swapped into and rsx... later on we installed a rev hard turbo kit into his car and running about 10lbs of boost made about 412 to the wheels on a mustang dyno.

It's very possible to hit over 300whp na. i believe hitting 350 might be pushing it but can be attained. Here is my friend integra with a k24/k20 putting out 307whp 231wtq. this car is far from street legal but IS daily driven.

Honda Tuning magazine built a K20 with 300 whp, with a cat, on pump gas and it passed emmissions.....but I know they stroked it out to 2.3L....and it was a k20z motor....good stuff though
magazines usually do things that haven't been done before... even if its inefficient. instead spending $$ and effort doing that, its more efficient to do a turbo setup, would get wayyyyyy more power than 300 at the wheels.
