my best time was 14.2@102mph when it was 100 degrees out, I haven't been to the track in 4-5 months either, but I'm not complaining about not running my car.
^^^^^ran the same time is the same conditions. I am convinced after driving this thing in colder weather 13s should be no thing. I would think that there has to be a point where he will spin fast enough to break into the 13s spinning LOL

Ive only got to run my car 5 times total since ive completed this stage of the project. 3 with my 16's that have 0 traction, and 2 with my friends 17's that had a little more traction (not even drag radials)... And yes i did that in a 108 degrees with 88% humidity. So any more comments? I know i dont have traction, thats kind of obvious, hince why ive previously stated in other threads that i have the wrong tire for my application.. so now i ll get there.

you can give your great times when you run them. 14.2 is still your current standing time.
this reminds me exactly of xproductionzx and his 14 something second run with his "omg jdm type S k20a" motor... about a year ago, I asked for timeslips, he said he'll provide them. months later, I asked for timeslips again, still nothing. LOL. that was many months ago. gtfo with that.
if you ran a 14.2, you ran a 14.2. you COULD'VE ran a lower time w/ proper traction ... but you didn't. You ran a FOURTEEN TWO.

sorry bud, but there's more to life for me than racing ricers. I don't even race anymore. In fact, I don't even mod my car anymore because after your whp reaches a certain point, there's no point in having more power for fwd when you can't even run a decent size tire.

I think there is making excuses about the times you run and then there is giving the conditions. These are two completely different things. Listing a sad 60', and stating that the temp is insanely high, those are conditions. Saying you shifted bad or are a poor driver, those are excuses. It is a fact that warmer conditions produce higher times and lower traps, stating this is mearly like stating that the time was ran at a higher altitude.
**** the haters Glenn. Anyone with any kind of intelligence knows what 277 whp with a blower means. Even if you suck at driving doesn't mean your car is slow :P
