Engine Swap question

I'm planning on doing an K20a2 engine swap but the guy doing it for me says that I also need Si axles and the pedal set from a manual 2003 civic lx because mine is auto. I plan on getting my motor for hmotorsonline.com and i'm wondering if anyone who got theirs from that site had the axles and pedal set for the tranny swap come with the engine swap. I just want to know what comes exactly with that swap before I go out ot a junkyard and buy the clutch pedal set off a wrecked 2003 civic lx and buy Si axles.

I got my motor from there and all it comes with is Motor, tranny, ecu, shifter cables and box, all sensors, Type S axles......... You will also need clutch master. Any 01-05 manual pedals should work......
