well the fuel rail depends on what you are using. I would recommend using the stock D16 fuel rail and install a return line.
if you want to use the D17 fuel rail, you will have to figure out a way to mount it. I cut the D16 mounts off, and re-welded them back on to hold the D17 rail.

probably not. The rsx one doesnt have the same mounts as the D16 one. Thats the whole problem.
You can plug the return line on the D16 one, but you have to be careful on how you do it. You do not want it to leak.

i am still waiting to see the final numbers man. if i have to drive out to palmdale to see this thing palmdale i will. its just a long drive so i would rather see the dyno chart and videos and maybe eventually drive out to meet you one day

naw, it doesnt matter. The one i modded for majinb was for an auto. Just make sure it is actually a D16y8 manifold. Theres a lot of scammers out there.
Also, you can try the D16 TB. You will probably have to do a little bit of wiring (plugs may be different), but it should work. The TPS and IAC both work in the same fashion on both D16 and D17 models. So you can try it. I think it will work.

hey i got a question i just bought the d16y8 manifold from Andy which originally was made by caorndorff(just to clear it up)...but andy never had just an air intake system on it he had a turbo tubing so its different a lil. so my question is wat should i do about the air intake system? could i hack up the one for our car(i have the k&n sri typoon), buy the 99-00 intake off ebay, or do wat you did just take some of that black tubing and just rig it up? if its the black tubing how did u put in the air sensor or w.e that black plug is that goes on the intake? if u can can u post some close up pics of the intake? u ever figure out how to hook up the cruise control but from the looks of the pics no.
