Turbo Gurus! Let's talk timing...

So I get my OBD2 diagnostics program/doohicky for my laptop. OBD Diagnostics

I was curious as to how my car is doing on the ecu side of things. I discovered that my primary o2 sensor isnt recieving input so I'm asumming its fubar. New o2 sensors are on the way as of 2 days ago. Anywho back on the subject, TIMING.

Under 9 lbs boost, gears 2-3 ignition timing reads in the low 20s @ WOT. Max was around 24, Low was around 21. At cruising speed in VAC I was seeing 30ish. Are these numbers alright/too much/not enough? There is no knocking, it runs awesome. It just needs a good tune (in progress). I'm curious as to what kinda timing you other turbo guys were getting.

On another note my ECU never left OPEN LOOP nor are my fuel trims being calculated (broken o2 sensor?)
I am throwing the following codes:
-P0135 (Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1)
-P0141 (Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2)

My secondary o2 sensor isnt plugged in, nor is it in the exhaust pipe, I lost it or something. Replacements are coming in a day or 2.

Please comment.

The heater circuit failures are O2 codes.... for both. **** it as far as I'm concerned, just get em back in whenever.

As far as timing, I'd say just toss it on a dyno and play with the timing until you make the most power you can without adverse effects. That sounds like plenty of vacuum.

Plenty of vaccum or plently of timing in vaccum? Its using stock parameters, I having adjusted anything else besides when goes into boost i'm pulling 3-4 degrees max. Any comment on the WOT timing reading?
