Turbo kit or a K20 swap?
I'm sure you're talking about a turbo, but don't be so vague...
I'd probably just get a kit dude. It's all there for you, ready to go. Make it easy on yourself. Unless you're going to go racing with your car, a kit is good enough...

Depends on what you want to deal with. Custom is a headache, but you get exactly what you want. The kit more or less drops right in.
I lost track of what I spent going custom, but I didn't have to pay for much labor along the way and I still blew close to 4 grand, then again, I didn't cheap on too much and I bought all new ****.
If you're worried about how to do it for as cheap as possible... boosting is probably not the best idea.

yeah all new stuff is gonan run i got all used pipeing, IC, Greddy BOV andHKS manifold. I had to make an intake pipe, some brackets for the IC, and new couplings. I was just suprised on how much an extra custom oil lines costs like $45. Once i get my electronic boost controller its gona be aorund $2400ish or so.
