Back from the dyno and....300+ whp
310hp TO THE WHEELS THIS TIME!
Trying to achieve 300hp to the wheels is a thing of the past.

Then a problem
The exhaust manifold bolts came lose.
We tight them but the studs striped on the head.
18psi with a T-3 T-4 54mm turbine diam. and 69 trim with 0.48 a/r
Proved to be too much power for the stock studs that hold the manifold together to the head.
It happens when trying new things.
What we are doing ?
I'll throw you some numbers so you may do this mod ahead of time.
We bored the holes to bigger size from #8 then we re-threaded to accomodate to a bigger #10 bolt.
We order ARP studs #10 with 1.25 thread 1.25'' long.
Will be done tomorrow.
The metal gasket will have to be slightly bore out too.
Although I'll only boost 16psi next time we'll still come close to the 310hp to the wheels may be more cause we figure the exhaust was leaking while we where tuning.
Once the leak is contain we may push even more.
Then I'll post the next dyno chrat

he is the first known to fully build his motor. sleeves, oversized low compression pistons, blockguard, aem ems ported/polished head. pretty much anything you could possibly want to do has been done.

I'm using nitrous on the intercooler not as a direct shot.
It works! 15- 20hp
The first time I hit 310 hp was at the cranck this time is at the wheels.
The only difference is thr RC 440cc injectors.

That thing was so strong that it literaly ripped the manifold off the head.
I have no doubt that the next time we may brake 350hp.
Or it may be hard on somthing else on the system.
For every action is a reaction.
I'm happy the was it is, not using the car for drag racing anyway.
Is a daily rocket.
160+ mph on the dashboard indicator with no governor SCARYYYYY.
I should listen to the shop owner and leave it alone.
Smuggling bananas and mexicans all for one low price...
