K24a1 + RSX-S Greddy Turbo kit = BOOSTED EM2

Just got done installing my turbo kit.
Everything fits pretty good, except the downpipe. Car is getting dyno tune sometime next when I have time to drop it off.

EM2typeflex - I have it, I think it is on my friend mem card. I will ask him for it.

kasimmmmm - plan on tunning @ 7.5psi. I may go higher (9psi), that is if the injectors does not max out on me.

jfan - well our car is almost the same as DC5. Whatever they use we can use too.

isnt the k24a1 swap alot cheaper then the k20a? plus its bein boosted and producing more then the k20a boost. that is if it will psuh to 350.

but isnt the extra gear and extra 15. rpm on the k20a helpin to go faster then the k24a1.

you can put the 6 speed tranny on the k24 but he also has something else the k20 doesnt have and that is tourqe

you are kidding right?

The K series motors mount with the exhaust on the backside not the front like our motors. The intake is on the front side.

MajinB - acutally, I think I will be happy w/ 300whp +/-.

CIVIC X3 - K24a1 is cheaper then a k20. I am doing a K20a2 head w/ K24 bolck, so price is about the same or more. You can put a 6spd on it, but for boost 5spd is better (longer gears).

Jeromie - tunning........ When winter comes. k20a2 head, LSD, clutch, and flywheel.

cr-v has a a base of 160 hp right?
so 7.5-9psi should push you around 300hp.

wow!! that is gonna be the shiet! I am glad your using a 5 speed. With that much tq and lower red line the 6 speed would just lsow you down. Super nice!
