well.im boosted and looking for an intakemanito replace the plastic crap that im currently running. would like to use the y8's IM. any1 running them? and what other throttle bodies can i look into? cheers...
p.s:anyone has either a y8 IM,TB OR a 7th gen tb to let go?

ooo. ok. ive just gotten myself a y8 mani and going for a 94+ b seires throttle body to be port matched and bored to 64mm by maxbore.com. what you guys think? anyway. im using a different fuel rail and injectors. will it be affecting me when i try to install the intake mani?

btw. whats with the tps sensors, and all sorts of valve? damn confused and i need a solution quick. can i just get a throttle body from a B and bolt it to the y8 and run off my 7th gen????? desperate!

nah they need to be changed. I made a flange to convert to a D17 tb, includes idle control and tps as well. All youd hafta do is either rewire the map sensor or maybe you could stretch a 3/8 vaccuum hose over it and clamp it. I have the aem 3.5 bar map tapped into the plenum.

use the d16 injectors, and rail. you will need to adapt the fuel feed line and if you are staying returnless, block off the fpr port.

hmmm. ok, my stokc fuel rail is out. so im going to run the y8 with a 94 civic b series tb. anyone has dealt with his before? or should i just stick with the y8 and get it bored to 60mm. im on the greddy side. hoping to get 64mm with the b series tb with a port matced y8. and you have a pic on how to get the y8 in with the flange and the tb? i appreciate your help alot. cheers.
