We are doing a custom 1 off of our 'brand' bought tC intercooler, which will be 20"w x 7"h x 3"d w/ fabbed tanks. Once we finish this, I will have more of an idea how much some other designs will cost with time, materials and such to do it.

Give me a couple days....I will quote you all up. This is very new to us....cast end tanks or fab'd?
I can make a mockup out of foam or get you some quality done manufacturing prints to quote off of for real when I need it.

I have AutoCAD on my computer at home. Prints aren't a problem. I can't stand getting garbage drawings to work off of, so I'm not going to give them to anyone either.

^^^ offhand ideally I think you're gonna need the air water exchanger, a water pump, a water cooler (2nd radiator), the hoses to plumb it, and a bunch of room.

Their core is similar, but our end tanks are different, casted and polished. Their core is longer too (26.5" and ours is 21"). This is a custom sized core made by us. Our top plate and entire end tanks are polished to a luster. We use the latest bar and plate technology, which was introduced at SEMA this year. Also, a lot of bar and plate designs look similar.
Here are some more pics of ours....
These are side by side shots taken by Joe (Madwheel) of our tC tube and fin VS our new bar and plate.

Different stuff.
