New Dyno @ 13 psi
Hey Andy I know you said you got it dynoed and tuned @ 13 psi but what are you running daily or is it 13? I'll be AEM tuned by Tuesday with a t25bb so 7th gen with t25 be looking for number soon.

That T25 will not put down nearly as high numbers, but with the AEM you will get impressive numbers for that little turbo.
Good luck!
Andy, you need this now!
With the boost your running, now it's feasible. BTW, it's ready to ship

so wait, your running 13.5psi on a completely stock lower end? no new pistons, rods, sleeving ????
how? so many people have said it can only withhold like 10psi on even just a t25.
ive got to admit im impressed and im really really interested in how your doing this, its awsome.
oh and any problems with the car yet?

Nope, no problems. It is 100% stock, other than head studs. I have had absolutely no driveability or reliability issues whatsoever. I have about 20k miles on this engine. I am doing this because I have a good tune, that's how it's possible. I know people have blown motors making alot less power than I and I guarantee it's not due to the power but the tune, or lack thereof. I do run 13 psi daily and I beat the crap out of it. And, different turbos make different power at different boost levels so you can't really compare 13 psi on my turbo to 13 psi on a t28, you'll get different numbers, that's why turbos are different.

It pulls really hard. Under WOT, everything is a blur. It's pretty quick, I still want more though. I'll step up the turbo to a gt30r or maybe a 60-1, I've got to figure out what's going to give good efficiency with decent spool still.

tuning is the most important part of a setup go onto the forced induction thread of HT and you can read thousands of stock bottom end b and d series setups that run 12 and 11sec runs on the track. jeff from full-race ran a completly stock bottom end gsr with a fullrace setup and made close to 400hp with that. tuning is key bottom end time and time again that has been proven
wow so all that on a turbo. ill just assume a estimate that 13psi on your turbo (t3 60 trim right?) would be like 16psi or something on a t25 from a tsi kit?
and also, i know the answer but do you think its only possible to get a tune good enough to push past like 12psi (for my t25) with a emanage maybe 14psi?

so where we might blow our engine on the tsi kit at 10 he would at less psi.
