E-manage settings

I just wanted to see what other people have as there e-manage rotory dial settings. I got all the jumpers set and things like that my car starts with it now it just dies right away. I have the 4-8-e dials set just the 7 dials after Im not sure about. For a non-turboed settings, as far as I know I didn't see any setting specifications in the manual I got. If anybody could help me that would be cool thanx

well from your profile it says LX, i assume your running a non-vtec? If so use 4-8-C for non vtec, but that still dont sound like its your issue but worth a shot

No I have an LX body with an EX engine. My LX engine blew awhile ago and it got replaced with an EX motor without even telling me but Im not complaining about it. So it should be 4-8-e as far as I know. But I am having problems with somethings involved with the idle control would that be causing this? My guess is my TPS is out but anyway I would think the e-manage would still be able to work even with that wrong because my car runs w/o the e-manage but I could be wrong.

Check your jumpers and your wiring and/or try 4-8-C.

The E-Manage does not care if your turbo, N/A or S/C....It is just a dumb box and you tell it how to lie to the stock ECU
